

Serves 4
250 grams (one box) of Bontasana White Corn Maccheroni
800 grams broccoli florets
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tbsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Cook the White Corn Maccheroni following the package directions and set aside.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Place a large pan over medium heat and gently sauté the broccoli for approximately 5 minutes.
Mix the cooked broccoli with the White Corn Maccheroni and serve hot.
